Booster stationary block & container compressor stations (BSB&CCS) manufactured by "VMZ" are designed for the compression of associated petroleum gas, natural gas, air and industrial gases. Booster stations may include several block modules and auxiliary station equipment for gas preparation, such as pre-cleaning and drying, final cooling and moisture separation.

Compressor stations on skid/frame are referred to the equipment with maximum factory readiness intended for installation in heated rooms of the Customer. . VMZ equipment is distinguished by a line of advantages such as:

VMZ Company manufactures reciprocating compressor units for compressing air, oxygen and various industrial gases in pressure range up to 400 bar, the booster ones inclusive. Used are the bases 1U, 2P, 4M and 5U with electric motors or the other drives. Compressor plants are manufactured tailor-made as per the parameters required by Customer. All equipment is fully factory tested and complies with the regulatory documents currently in force in the Russian Federation.

VMZ Company is engaged in production of highly efficient compact heat exchange equipment both for liquid and gaseous media with pressure up to 400 bar. These products are referred to bellows-type plate heat exchangers in which the heat transfer surface is made in form of mutually intersecting inclined corrugated sections: owing to this factor the high efficient surface cooling is provided. These heat exchangers are widely used as inter-stage gas coolers (air) in multi-stage reciprocating compressors, for end cooling, for cooling (heating) of various media, as well as in the internal engineering networks such as central heating systems, hot water supply, ventilation and air conditioning.

Air cooling devices (ACD) manufactured by VMZ are intended for cooling the operation environment with ambient air. This type of heat exchangers consist of heat exchange part, a fan, confuser and base. It may be also equipped with inlet and outlet manifolds and a bypass pipe. ACDs are referred to plate type, i.e. their heat transfer surface is made of thin corrugated plates assembled into a single battery which is clamped in a welded case with the use of cover and tie rods.

All heat exchange equipment is tailor-made as of the parameters required by Customer. The ready equipment is passed the relevant factory tests and complies with regulatory documents currently in force in the Russian Federation.
